Last night, inspired by Chris' post, I set up a couple of traps next to clumps of nicotiana at my parents place near Cwmann (in Carms). The result - no Convolvulus Hawk-moth! However, the catch did include one of the pinkest Vestals I've seen, which may even be a new record for the 10km square my parents house is in, so not a bad morning's work.
