Feathered Ranunculus in Burry Port
A new moth for the garden and not common, Feathered Ranunculus is a strongly coastal species. In an otherwise very small trap there was also a very attractive Pink-barred Sallow.
Nice Feathered Ranunculus, Adam, a coastal species as you say but I had one in my first year of trapping here (2010). It took both me and Jon Baker by surprise because we're a good few miles from the coast (Jon confirmed it for me, he was County Moth Recorder at the time). Coincidentally it was on 9th October, too. I haven't seen one since.
