Disappointment reigns, I saw a tiny moth on my patch of speedwell yesterday, managed to photograph it but the images showed it to be a Glyphipterix sp., almost certainly G. simpliciella (Cocksfoot Moth). There are plenty of them around, as Sally pointed out the other day, more were seen in the same place this morning.
The hunt for Cauchas fibulella continues...
P.S. I've tried to comment on a couple of recent posts but the comments haven't been accepted, even though I'm 'signed in'. Must be a glitch of some sort, I just hope that it goes away of its own accord.
C. fibulella is out - I`ve had reports of it from mid Carms.
