Just the absolute briefest of posts. Within another small catch (I only used the weaker actinic trap again last night, 9/5) were more orange footmen - four this time, so a pleasing increase. The `lemons` were the brimstone moths. Several more FFYs of common species.
Only one pic today - the common Caloptilia robustella, an oak-feeder. Photo taken within a glass tube.
If you check your gardens (or wherever) at dusk, that`s a good time to spot and catch these micros, though the individual below was light-trapped.
