Found among dozens of Micropterix calthella on Caltha palustris at Cwmllwyd today were a couple of these Longhorns which I think are likely to be Adela reaumurella - said to be common, but I've not seen them before.
You can sometimes find Micropterix aruncella among the commoner M. calthella on buttercups, as I did yesterday (Sat) on what was otherwise a rather `poor results afternoon session`. It`s a matter of stooping down and closely examining the buttercups.
