In the hope of migrants (or just interesting `wanderers`), I left out the two garden traps last night (Weds, 4/7).
There were no huge surprises, just the usual early July crowd with sprinklings of lesser interest such as a double line, more Rhodophaea formosa (a good year, or just luck with trapping dates), slender brindle (I note that these have also appeared elsewhere in Carms and in Ceredigion - a nice bit of synchronised emergence) and what I believe may be a clouded brindle (photo below). A tiny, white-headed Cochylis nana was the only micro of some interest, though there is a gelechiid of potential interest too.
A single silver-y was seen during daytime today.
Above: what I think is a clouded brindle?
