I don`t have much to report due to a combination of the cold weather/late season and the fact that I`m not trapping at present, but I did have a short walk earlier this afternoon. The area visited was the Millennium Coastal Park east of Burry Port and, frankly, I did n`t see a single adult moth so I could have left my net at home.
I did, however, spot a Coleophora case under a young leaf of Alnus incana (grey alder) which I suspect may perhaps be Coleophora serratella though, as always, I could be wrong - I`m really quite `rusty` after the winter diapause!
