Maenol on 9 October

 A tiny micro on the wall of the bungalow yesterday morning turned out to be a Dichrorampha species:


I've seen several moths with these very characteristic markings in the garden during the summer, and the many images and descriptions online suggest that it's very probably D.acuminatana.  Ox-eye Daisy, which is one of the foodplants of this and other related species, is very common around here.
