A very warm evening tempted me to put the trap out last night. This morning, fifteen SIlver Ys were present.
The Gold Spot was a bonus.
So were two Archer's Darts.A look at the underwing convinced me this is Common Wainscot. The colour and general appearance did not seem right for Smoky.Cream-bordered Green PeaWhite Point - a lifer!Engrailed sp.Wax Moth - new for the garden.Another lifer, attractive Eupoecelia angustana.According to Obsidentify, this creature is a salt marsh specialist, Bucculatrix maritima, any thoughts?
In total there were 123 individuals of 42 species, by far the best trap of the year.
A nice haul Adam and good photos too.
