Given that it was a nice, sunny day yesterday (Weds 29/9) and the (correct!) forecast for today was very wet, I went down to Pembrey Burrows and Saltings to do a spot of leaf-mining.
My best find was Phyllonorycter quinqueguttella on creeping willow Salix repens, a moth that has hitherto eluded me. It`s been recorded six times previously in the county, according to the 2016 Carms moths listing. I suspect that most were recorded by Jon Baker and Sam in the Pembrey area.
