The pace gradually quickens...

 I opened the trap to find some firsts for the year, including some old favourites.

Beautiful Buff Arches.

And a couple of nice Noctuids

Dog's tooth and Alder moth.

And the common but lovely Common Emerald.

Finally, I don't care much for Caddisflies in the trap, but this one was a bit unusual, with reddish eyes, very long antennae and huge furry palps.
