Just you, Adam! There`s another record from ?St Clears if I remember correctly.
ReplyDeleteThe Carms Moth Group will have to organise a mini-bus trip down to Burry Port to see one after the lock-down finishes, so watch out for moth-twitchers galore.
It's certainly increasing in my part of Cardiff...I have 11 garden records, all but one of these since 2017. One was seen in Swansea recently too.
ReplyDeleteI seem to get plenty and don't really understand it. Could it be the fruit trees in the garden?
ReplyDeleteAs Ian says, there's just a single St Clear's record from a visitor, plus your 17 records! There are a handful of records from urban Monmouthshire. It hasn't reached inland VC35 or inland VC44 yet.
ReplyDeleteIt feeds on leaf litter Adam, and I have read somewhere that Eucalyptus leaves were suspected BUT I also vaguely recall that someone else disputed that...so let us just say leaf litter!
