Mallaen woods
A couple of days of lichen monitoring around Mynydd Mallaen produced a few moths, although I didn’t have a net with me so only recorded things I disturbed. There were loads of Agriphila straminella and Eudonia mercurella, plus a couple of Green Carpet, Zeiraphera isertana and Argyresthia goedartella, and single Agriphila inquinatella, Ypsolopha parenthesella and Archips xylosteana. Two Plutella xylostella were a surprise.
