Bancyffordd 22/4 - a new moth for me.

Early morning rain had me taking the trap into the workshop to review the contents. A few escapees along the way but lots remaining for me to be pleased with.
180+ moths, 33 species with a couple left to identify.....no GP though.

My first ever Grey Birch

Pine Beauty x2

Glaucous Shears

  1. Well done Andy: Grey Birch has been described as "Local and fairly scarce" in the county, while Glaucous Shears is "Rare and under-recorded" here. Strangely, I'm rather more envious of your Pine Beauty, because I've never seen one!
