Slender pickings at Pwll
The recent night-time weather conditions have been inimical to moth trapping but, as last night (9/9) was best of a bad bunch, out went the garden traps. Numbers and variety were low, with the only interest provided by a yellow belle and a tawny speckled pug. A single burnished brass f. juncta (the form where the two golden areas are joined by a band) was also caught.
