After several nights of fairly typical species with the odd FFY, last night I put my actinic in the lee of the summer house and my MV under the patio set umbrella in case of heavy drizzle. I was rewarded with at least 11 FFY. Nothing remarkable but 6 species of prominent including Swallow and Lesser Swallow.
Scalloped Hook Tip, Devon Carpet, Dusky Thorn and August Thornalso trapped.
I think the micros were of fairly numerous status except for one that I believe to be
Epinotia trigonella.
Lesser Swallow Prominent
Swallow Prominent
Epinotia trigonella, actual moth darker and more 'contrasty'
