Daytime micros at Cwmllwyd
When checking on our last remaining Balwen ewe (17 years old, she is), I netted a few moths from the hedgerow in the small paddock. First Diamond-back Moth (Plutella xylostella) of the year, along with a couple of Nut Bud Moths (Epinotia tenerana) were found, plus a Phyllonorycter sp., of which I secured two stunningly poor photographs before the moth escaped, despite it spending two hours in the fridge! If anyone can assist with a specific name for the moth, I would be most grateful.

Hi Steve, I'm afraid that Phyllonorycters are not usually identifiable from photos, except for a few very distinctive species.
