Cwmllwyd 6 May 2018

97 moths of 22 species, of which 10 were FFY, came to the MV trap in the alder grove on Sunday night. The illustrations are of 3 FFY.

 Waved Umber

 Frosted Green

Epinotia immundana

Among the other FFY  were Lunar Marbled Brown, Least Black Arches, Nut-tree Tussock  and a micro deserving of a photo, but which escaped while I was attempting to achieve it - Agonopterix yeatiana (correction; subpropinquella)

  1. Sounds like a nice lot, Steve, I'm particularly envious of your Frosted Green, which I haven't seen here for two years, and Waved Umber for which my record sheet is still blank!
