Cwmllwyd 28 October 2017

Drier but windier than on Thursday, so the MV was planted in the garden last night (Saturday). A grand total of 20 moths turned up, with 12 species present. Another Rusty Dot Pearl was seen, along with a second Vestal (shown below). FFY was a December Moth.

    Great to see the December Moth. I over wintered DM eggs from last year and raised them after a female laid eggs in the tub. They are now slowly starting to emerge.
