Saltmarsh stroll...
I paid another brief visit to the convenient North Dock (Llanelli) saltmarsh/dune spit yesterday evening (16/7) and recorded half-a-dozen species.
The rosy wave below was struggling along one of the trackways, having lost a wing to a bird predator; another healthy, fully-winged individual was seen later nearby.
