Oegoconia?
Went for a wander around Llandeilo on Saturday - not much in the way of moths other than Ancylis badiana and my first Micropterix calthella of the year. There was also this little chap - again, apologies for the phone photo and I'm still separated from my id books but is it one of the Oegoconia sp.?

It's an Elachista Vaughn. Wouldn't like to say which one!
