Could this be Elachista subalbidella? Although E. argentella is statistically more likely in the county.
Lathronia strigana perhaps?

A rushed comment (as I`m running late with jobs - as usual!). I too thought Elachista, but it looks too slim for argentella - I`d provisionally go for subalbidella too (logical from a habitat perspective where you live Steve).
