A decent catch at home...
A quite varied selection last night (Tues, 18/4) at the Pwll garden traps, including a pine beauty, frosted greens x2 and a mullein; also a couple of FFYs.
I still have another trap to check in a different garden...

The Pine Beauty looks an absolutely stunning moth. I would like to catch one of those, guess I need to get nearer to the forestry
ReplyDeleteI`ve only got one (c 20ft) [Bhutan] pine tree in my garden but I catch it most years. There are pines on a nearby hillside too.
