ID help needed please

Please can anyone help with these two pugs, caught on same day and look similar. Thanks.

    The second one looks like Golden-rod Pug: white spot on thorax, white spots at hind corners of forewings and chequered veins are good pointers.

    The other might be Grey Pug but hard to be sure from the photo.
