Cool

A chilly breeze kept moth numbers down at Cwmllwyd last night, so there were only 35 moths of 17 species in the MV trap this morning. Even so, 5 FFYs were found - not a bad return from such low numbers, I think. These were Brown Silver-line and Coxcomb Prominent, as well as those shown below:

Herald 

And this common micro that I have never previously recorded: Ancylis badiana.

  2. I sometimes get a decent photo of them, Chris, but as you may have noticed, I'm not always very good at identifying them!
