Trapping Update

Since my last contribution I've managed to set a trap on several occasions, mostly under cover (in the greenhouse), but the catches continue to be disappointing compared with the past two years.  Apart from Hebrew Characters, which always turn up, there have been relativel few of the Quaker family around.  I've had a few Early Greys, March Moths, Brindled and Oak Beauties, Dotted Borders, Early Tooth-striped and an Engrailed, but the most abundant species around here just now is the Shoulder Stripe, over a dozen of which were decorating the inside of the greenhouse this morning, along with a couple of Streamers.  This may have something to do with the presence of a large Wild Rose bush in a corner of the garden not far away.
