Mothless Month at Maenol

Well, not quite mothless.  A small actinic trap has been put out on four occasions - nights of 5th, 6th, 8th and 18th - sum total of contents one Small Quaker and one Hebrew Character.  However, I have seen several other species on and around the trap in the evening, including several Pale Brindled Beauties, an Oak Beauty, an Early Moth and a Grey Shoulder-knot.  Last year I trapped on 16 nights in March!  Sadly there's not much prospect of more activity until next week.
